Howard was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He had a distinguished term of 25 years of service in the US Army as a proud artillerymen while raising his family. Howard was cherished by everyone that knew him. He was hard working, loved with his whole heart, and of the strongest moral character. The pain of his absence will be felt by so many.
He is preceded in death by his Wife of 43 years, Cynthia A. Cyphers, his Son, Howard Cyphers, and his Parents, Howard Cyphers and Ruby Gaitlin.
He is survived by his Wife of 8 years, Brenda Cyphers of Taylor, Texas, his Daughters Christina Cyphers of Killeen, Gabrielle Poole of Killeen, Jimmy Rene Cyphers of El Reno, Oklahoma, his son, Clinton Cyphers of Killeen, his Step-son Wesley West of Thrall, Texas, his grandchildren Malachi, Cyrus, David, Vanessa, Valerie, Giselle, Reid, Kameron, Skylar, Austin, Mesiah, Careem, Skye, Da'mani, Za'coryon, Sha'Kai, and Harmony, and his Sisters, Pamela Grinstead of Oklahoma, Johnnie Beth Evans of Oklahoma, his Brother Bryon Cyphers of Oklahoma and countless other relatives and friends.
The Viewing for Howard Cyphers will be at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, located at 1615 Ft. Hood St, Killeen, Tx, 76542 Sunday, February 5th 6-7pm, The Funeral will be February 5th at 7pm, Burial will be Monday, February 6th at 9am.
