Charles Robert "Bob" Dewart of Killeen, TX passed away on February 1, 2018 in El Paso, TX. To many of his friends he was also known as Gilbert "Gilli" Ost Westley. Bob spent most of his life involved with historic recreation groups where he was a fighter, an archer, a leather worker and a cook among many activities.
Bob was a 10 year veteran of the US Army and worked as a Military Contractor on Fort Hood. He will be most remembered for the laughter (& Meatloaf) that he brought to so many. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Deborah A. Dewart, a brother David Saville and a niece.
A memorial service will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen on Monday, February, 26, 2018 at 6:30 pm.
