Phyllis had a successful career at the Royal Bank but was happiest when volunteering at such places as: CNIB, Agape Table, Lutheran Church, Alzheimer’s Society, Handi Transit Board, New Horizons Board ...and many others.
Phyllis was small but had a mighty personality! She was quick to offer her time, energy, and skill to numerous endeavor’s. She loved to support her great-nieces and great-nephews and will be lovingly remembered for her thoughtful birthday and holiday gifts. The Terry Fox Run with her family members was an annual event. Although she struggled in her later years with dementia, her spunky personality never wavered.
The family would like to thank the Supportive Housing staff and residents at Parkview, medical staff at Lake of the Woods District Hospital, and the Club Day Away staff for their support and patience over the years.
