It is with great sadness that Elaine and Wayne Cobiness announce the passing of their son Kyle William Cobiness.
Kyle was predeceased by his grandparents William and Glades Cobiness (Mandamin) and grandfather Daryll Pearson, his uncle Max who was like a grandpa to Kyle, uncles Ronald Sr. and Frank Cobiness (Mable), Lavern Jack, Glen, Billy and Chris Mainville whom he had a close bond with, aunty Suzie and uncle Jerry Perreault, aunts Mary Jack, Christine Cobiness and Delores Mainville, cousins Phillip Biczok, Jonathan Slipperjack, Mackenzie Cobiness/Paul and Beverly Cobiness. Also his very close friends Eddie, Greg, Brad and Aaron.
He leaves to mourn his loving parents Wayne and Elaine Cobiness, siblings Leon (Joannie), Kaitlyn, Elicia and Malik, his grandma Janet Biczok who he lived with since he was a teenager and shared an incredible bond of unconditional love, uncles Tim Schoones, Merv (Tina) and aunt Joanne (Robert), niece Ariel and nephews Owen, Dylan, Cruz and Charles.
Kyle has a huge loving family, a lot of close friends, extended family members and numerous cousins, just far too many to list. He was close to them all, loved them and knew he was loved and last but not least his beloved cat of 15 years Meeko, who he adored.
Kyle loved to be outdoors, whether it was on his dirtbike or snowmachine, out fishing or hunting partridge with is cousins, his dogs Ralph and Brutus always at his side. He was quiet and shy but loved to joke around and tease his friends and family whom he loved very much.
Kyle was very proud of his new truck and boat. He had a lot of plans for his future which included travelling to Mexico this year with his grandma.
We will all miss Kyle and he will be forever loved.
The Cobiness, Biczok/Pearson family would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude for all the support from Chief and Council, KCA, Niisaachewan staff, Treaty Three Police and the Paramedics.
Wake service will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2024 beginning at 3:00pm at the Economic Development Centre, Niisaachewan First Nation.
