A resident of Grassy Narrow, Ontario passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital.

He was predeceased by his wife Lillian Swain, son Russell Swain, father Green Arrow, Sena, granddaughter Robyn and sisters Catherine Swain and Margaret (Swain) Land.

He is survived by his children Chris and his family Cynthia, Bobbie, Charlton, Russel, Chelsea, Mary Ann and her family, Bonnie, Chrissy, Jessica, Terri-Lynn, Ronnie and his family, Tina, Maria and her family, Adriene, Brian, Crystal, Amanda, Jolene, Lillian and her family, Deanna, Vanessa and Misty, his brothers Barney (Janet) and his family Allan, Robert, Sara, Sheldon, Rudy (Theresa) and his family Shannon, Michelle, Anton, Cedric, Brenton, Jianne, Robert (Terri) and his family Allan, Allana, Trevor and Ramona, Robert Swain Jr.

Also survived by his grandchildren, Lennex, Tyler, Mia, Sierra, Crystal, Adam, Addie, Kimiwan, Robbie, Edmond, Corissa, Tanisha, Jessie, Riel, Banaise, Memengwa, Shaylene, Shayne, Lillian, Daisy, Marcus, Seava, Talia, Hazel, Annie, Nora, Waasapiik, Honey, Xavier, Iccii-nooden waabagoonese, Asia, Danielle, Afeni, Millie, Andrea, Cambria and Trojan. As well as great grandchildren Kaakiige, Stedmen, Zyah, Gabriel. He is also survived by many other relatives too numerous to mention.

Pacheench enjoyed fishing, listening to country music, and travelling. He was a well known fishing guide and was loved by many people. He was a happy person. He like going to A.A. meetings and was in service to those suffering from addiction, and he was always willing to help others.

A Wake Service will be held at his residence at Grassy Narrows, Ontario beginning at 11:00 am on Friday, November 24, 2017 with a Traditional Service to follow on Saturday, November 25, 2017. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre with cremation to follow.
