Charlotte was born in Kenora and spent most of her life in Kenora. She and Ross were married June 1 1963. They moved a few times within Ontario and Alberta but always made it “back home” to Kenora.
Before moving to Alberta in the early 2000’s, our mom was very involved the Salvation Army. She enjoyed being part of the Kinettes. Charlotte loved people. She worked in the hospitality industry forever. Last being a front desk clerk at the Clarion. All of us I can say will miss her laugh and her perogies.
Immediate cremation took place. A Celebration of Charlotte’s life will be held in a private ceremony at Lake of the Woods Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with our dad. I would like to thank Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre for their compassionate assistance during this time.
I would also like to thank the paramedics, police and staff in emergency at LWDH, Dr Wehner, Dr. Lass and Flo Sawkins who all showed Roy and I care and compassion.
In honor of Charlotte, please contact Diane at [email protected]. or donations to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
