Ted, as he was known, was the husband of Joanna Jenkins, sharing forty four years of marriage together.
Born in Chattanooga, TN, he was the son of William Jenkins Sr., and Mary Edith Jenkins. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the United States Army.
Ted was a member of Cedarcrest Church in Acworth, GA.
He is survived by his wife and four children: son Tad Jenkins and wife Vanessa, son Tobi Jenkins and wife Jelene, daughter JoBeth Ray and husband Danny, son Jody Jenkins, and the lights of his life, grandchildren Donovan and Sheridan Ray, Avery, Tristan, Jonah and Norah Jenkins, brother; Steve Jenkins and wife Gail, sister; Sarena Foster, and two nephews Chad Jenkins and John Foster II.
Memorial service will be held Saturday October 21, 2017 2 pm at Cedarcrest Church Acworth Georgia.
In Lieu of flowers, the family respectfully ask that donations be sent to The Paralyzed Veterans of American or The Tim Crunk Memorial Fund.
