Roger Kyle McNeeley

Roger Kyle McNeeley, age 71, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022. Roger was born September 23, 1950 in Shawanee, TN to the late Maynard and Geraldine McNeeley. He was a huge fan of Florida State University Football. Roger loved music, guitars and the Beetles. Roger followed a music group around called The Glow Band , who he admired and listened to daily. He often ate Moon Pies and drank a cold RC Cola, which was his favorite snack. Roger was very connected with the DHS class of 1968 in Deland, Florida and maintained many friendships over the years. Roger was an amazing husband, father, and friend. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Roger is survived by his daughter Kimberly Redmond; his sister Angie Kolsch (Dennis); his granddaughter Brooke Redmond and his grandson Christian Tippens.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years Laurie McNeeley; his daughter Kristen McNeeley; his brother Ron and John McNeeley.

A visitation for Roger will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. Following the visitation will be a burial at Pine Ridge Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Parkway North, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152.
