Jerry Thomas Shedd Jr.

Mr. Jerry Thomas Shedd Jr., age 56 of Ballground, GA parted this life Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Northside Hospital. He was born on April 30, 1967, in Atlanta, GA. Son of Linda Shedd and Late Jerry Shedd.

Jerry Thomas Shedd Jr., also known as “Tommy Ray,” was an endearing son, father, uncle, grandfather, and best friend. He enjoyed playing music and listening to his favorite band: KISS.

Tommy’s passion and love flourished around family and friends, but especially when he visited his grandchildren. He admired being called “Paw Paw” and every precious moment with his family. His laugh was so contagious that he lit up every room he entered. Tommy saw nobody as a stranger and was loving and caring with everyone. He leaves many memories behind with family and friends of 30 plus years. It’s rare to have a friend for that period of time but Tommy was that one special person that once you knew him you always wanted him in your life.

A visitation for Jerry will be held Monday, November 27, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152. A visitation will occur Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152.
