Hubert Berlyn Davis

Hubert Berlyn Davis, age 85 passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024. He was born in Acworth, Georgia to the late George and Annie Davis, on February 26, 1938. Hubert served his country proudly in the United States Air Force, and then went to work at Lockheed Martin for many years. He also served the Lord faithfully and was a deacon at Atlanta First United Methodist church, where he was a devout member for many years. Hubert and his wife did everything together including; sailing at Lake Lanier, gardening, woodworking and painting. They also traveled all over the United States together, and collected postcards from their adventures. Hubert was a loving son, brother, husband, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all that had the honor of knowing him.

Hubert is survived by his sister, Imogene Berry, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Hubert is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Margaret Davis, his five brothers, and four sisters.

A visitation for Hubert will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152. Hubert's celebration of life will occur Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The burial will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Floral Hills, 3150 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084.
