Eleanor Bozeman, 98, of Kennesaw, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012, 1pm at Kennesaw United Methodist Church with Dr. Wallace Wheeles, Rev. James Griffin, and Rev. Bill Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Kennesaw City Cemetery.
Born and raised in Kennesaw, Mrs. Bozeman was a longtime member of Kennesaw United Methodist Church. She was in the George Skelton Sunday School Class, Happy Voyagers, and the Susanna Wesley Circle. For a time she was employed with the Cobb County Board of Education as a Teacher. Mrs. Bozeman will be remembered as a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Friend to all of Kennesaw.
Mrs. Bozeman was preceded in death by her husband Bob Bozeman Sr. and her son Bobby Bozeman.
Survivors include her Sons – Mickey Bozeman, and wife Mary of Kennesaw and Randy Bozeman and wife Lidia of Naples, FL.; 5 Grandchildren Max Bozeman of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer Arnold of Tifton GA, Charlie Bozeman of Dallas, GA, Natalie Rodriguez of Clearwater, FL, and Niki Bozeman of Naples, FL, and 4 Great Grandchildren.
The Family will be receiving friends Friday, May 4, at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw between the hours of 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Eleanor Bozeman to the Kennesaw United Methodist Church Building Fund at 1801 Ben King Rd Kennesaw, GA 30144.
