Carol Sue Reeves, age 83, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023. Carol was born in Cartersville to Claudia Russell Dover and Farist Dover. She was a loving and devoted, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed having her nail done and going to the beauty shop shopping and eating out. Carol will be loved and missed by all that knew her.
Carol is survived by her son, Dennis Reeves (Emily); daughters, Ginger Simmons, Cindy Reeves, Sandra (Kitty) Davis; her grandchildren, Matthew Hillhouse (Carla), Steven Hillhouse (Wendy), Elijah Biddy, Curtis Everett, Amanda Reeves, Melissa McIver, Kelly Davis; great grandchildren, Noah, Teddy, Charlie, Molly and her best friend Ann Southern.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband Hugh Curtis Reeves; parents Farist Dover and Claudia Russell Dover.
Visitation for Carol will be held Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Monday, June 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home, burial will follow service at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Kennesaw, Georgia.
