Betty Terry Mansfield, age 90 passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. She was born in Opeliqa, Alabama on March 7, 1934 to the late Jessie and Ada Terry. Betty worked as an accountant for many years. She worked at Peoples Financial, Robert E. Smith and Teresa Blanchard CPA. Betty was fantastic with numbers and figures. She enjoyed going to depression glass shows and doing crossword puzzles. Betty had a great wisdom and wit. She knew how to face hard times and she alway kept her great humor throughout the toughest times. Betty was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all that had the honor of knowing her.
Betty is survived by her daughter; Deloris Mansfield Shepp and her husband Henry, grandchildren; Daniel Wallace and Christy Blalock, great grandchild; Ariana Blalock, and many nieces and nephews.
Betty is preceded in death by her daughter; Marie Nasfield Olsen, brothers; Jackson Terry and Jessie Terry, and Sisters; Mary England and Wynell Terry.
A visitation for Betty will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Manchester City Cemetery, Manchester, GA.
