BETHIN- Suzanne "Sue" M. (nee Gibbons) of Tonawanda, NY. Beloved wife of 43 years to the late Ronald Bethin; cherished mother of Beth, Daniel (Patty) and Tim (Angela); loving grandmother of Mitchel, Kassandra (Clinton) Palmer, Miranda (Matt) Costantino, Tyler (Alyssa Papa), Dylan Clough and Jacob and great-grandmother of Kyla Palmer and Aria Bethin; dearest sister of the late Bob Gibbons, Nancy Gibbons and Thomas Drehs. Sue attended Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing. She devoted over 40 years as an RN at Kenmore Mercy. Sue was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church and in leadership roles at Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML). Sue's family was important, especially her children and grandchildren. She made a difference in every life she touched whether family, friends or patients by supporting them. She was active in her church choir and played bells. She loved cooking and hosting her family and friends. Always a social butterfly and had deep personal friendships. She loved music and was always singing. Family will be present Tuesday 4-8 PM at DENGLER, ROBERTS, PERNA FUNERAL HOME, 3070 Delaware Ave., Kenmore. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 10 AM at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 900 Maryvale Dr., Cheektowaga. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center including donating blood or St. Luke Lutheran Church.
