Kelsey is survived by his mother Joanne Baskier ( Greg ) & father Ken Tams; brother and sisters, Veronica Baskier ( Kevin), Sandy Schmidt ( Tony), Kristopher Tams ( Carmen), Trisha Tams ( Vern); step siblings Kim, Brian, Becky and Matthew; daughter Tori Barstow- Baskier and his special little man Marcus; wife, Marilou Roy, and many nieces and nephews, Kaya, Makayla and Keio Breda, Jordan, Kloe and Ben Schmidt, Gauge and Gibson Tams, Trent and Xzavier Crossland; Aunt Sandy Kalanchey ( Scott) Cousins; Sam and Jessie, Joey and many more.

He is predeceased by his father Rick Baskier and Grandparents, Uncles Ron and Jim.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2pm, Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Clearwater, British Columbia at the Clearwater Ski Lodge, 566 Dunn Lake Rd. Family and Friends are asked to gather and share memories and stories of Kelsey.
