STEWART: Glen Stanley of Kelowna, passed away peacefully at the Hospice House Kelowna on March 10th , 2024, at the age 96 years. Predeceased by his wife Muriel in 2014. Glen is survived by his four loving children Glenda (Gord) Yanishweski, Wayne (Susan) Stewart, Kerry (Gene) Weninger, Jim Stewart. Glen is also survived by his loving eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Glen’s life will be held at the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave on Monday, March 18th, 2024 at 11:00 AM. A private family inurnment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. For those that can not attended the service it will be live streamed on the funeral home web site on the Glen’s obituary page.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice House Kelowna, 2035 Ethel Street, Kelowna, BC V1Y 2Z6 in memory of Glen.
