

Vicki was born at home to Wilbur and Florence Overly in Columbus, Ohio on November 22, 1943. She graduated from Albany High School.
She was married to the late John Frederick Kissell for 54 years. They lived in Columbus and Orient Ohio before moving to Texas, where they lived in Richland Hills and Decatur.
Vicki went to cosmetology school and became a hairdresser. She later learned the art of sculptured nails and became a successful independent manicurist and pedicurist where she made friends of all her clients.
She was a fun person to spend time with. Vicki loved getting dressed up, social gatherings, Halloween and happy hour. Most of all she loved Las Vegas, Christmas, shopping, decorating, and everything sparkly. She was kind and generous to everyone.
Vicki was known for her love of family. She is survived by Kelli and Aaron Smith, Sherri and Payton Piercy. Vicki beamed with pride and love for her grandchildren, Major, Marshall Smith and Ty Piercy. She is also survived by her sister Bonnie Frost, brother John Overly along with nieces and nephews.
Vicki’s Celebration of Life will be September 17th at 11:00 am at Keller’s Old Town Funeral Home with Burial at 1:15 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be September 16 from 5:00 to 7:00 at the funeral home.
Vicki will be forever missed but never forgotten
