Terence Hill

Terence Hill passed away peacefully, on 26th August 2022, aged 85 years, beloved husband of Christina, dearly loved dad of Emma and Matthew, dear father-in-law of Toby and Nicole, loving grandfather of Leyton, Ethan, Tristan, Peyton, Austin, and Brighton and dearest brother of Ron and Marion.

Terence was born on 7th October 1936 in Messingham, England. He worked for several years at the BBC in London, England, where he met his wife, Christina. They married in 1969 and lived in Bedford, England, where their children, Emma and Matthew were born. In 1975 Terence and his family moved to Derby, England, where they lived for 35 years, Terence working as an accountant for a local company.

In 2010 Terence and Christina moved to Texas to spend more time with Matthew and his family, enjoying several trips back to England to be with Emma and Toby and family there. Also a visit to family in New Zealand.

Terence’s life revolved around his family. He enjoyed all sports and played soccer in his younger days, winning an under 18’s County Championship with his local team. He also enjoyed watching all sporting events on TV. Reading, working on his garden, or in his garage working with wood, were other hobbies.

Terence was a kind, loving and caring man, with a good sense of humor. He was devoted to his family. He will be sadly missed.
