January 8, 1985 (the same as Elvis)
Philip passed away on Saturday, February 19,2022 as the result of a seizure caused by Epilepsy. He is survived by:
His son, the light of his life and biggest fan – Ethan Ryan Miller
His Fiancé and great love – Natalie Denise Wallis
His brother and born partner in crime – Matthew Allen Miller and his lovely wife Tiffaney Baley-Miller
His father and best friend – Charles Raymond Miller Jr
His mother and confidant – Sherri Marie Wright
His loving grandparents and exceptional role models – Joyce Edmondson and Oliver Bryant
As well as scores of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and work family. He loved them all.
Philip was a great sports fan and instilled the same love in his son’s heart. But, to keep it real – it was really Cowboy’s football, and Mav’s basketball that fueled his love. He also loved shuffleboard, poker, disc golf and experienced a brief flirtation with Curling after the 2018 winter Olympics.
He was a science geek who could talk hours about string matter, stars, ocean secrets, galaxies, and so much more.
He worked in the Aviation Industry as a recruiter and felt he had been called to this profession so that he could help people find great jobs and improved lives.
He was the grand master of Dad jokes and practiced sarcastic humor that was so subtle - you never knew you had been had- until you had been had… and, the dude could cook like no other. If he made it – it was yummy!
He was a father, brother, son, fiancé, friend and a champion of the underdog. He was cherished by those who loved him and gone far too soon from this world. He is in the arms of Jesus now and his family is comforted by that knowledge.
