He was born November 25, 1959 in Keene, NH the son of Lawrence and Dorothy (Jackson) Beam. On July 3, 1985 he married the love of his life: Cathie Paire.
He worked for many years in the Monadnock Region as a Mason tender, for both Brickstone and Richard Bergeron in his later years. He had a strong work ethic and enjoyed working with all types of stone, rock and brick. He was very creative using these raw materials to make walls and structures.
He was a devoted husband and father, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews, watching them grow-up. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making others smile. Storytelling and telling jokes brought him great joy as well. He enjoyed doing various projects around his home: working in the garden, building something or being the handy-man that he was. He was also an excellent cook who enjoyed Bar-B-Qing and was well known for his meat carving skills, learned from his Father in law Len Paire.
He is survived by his wife: Cathie Beam of Keene, his son: Jason Blad of Anderson, SC., his father: Larry Beam of Keene, two sisters; Terry Duval of Westminster, VT and Margie Doody and her husband Don of Keene, three sisters-in-law: Linda Tolman and her husband Seth of Keene and Jenifer Rudgers and her husband Bryan of N.
