Mark Donald Williams, 54, a resident of Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire died peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on November 16, 2011, at Community Hospice House, in Merrimack, New Hampshire, following a period of failing health.
He was born June 12, 1957 in Framingham, Massachusetts the son of Carol (Queen) Williams-Thorin and Andrew Raymond Williams. He grew up in Framingham where he attended school, lived most of his life in the area before moving to Fitzwilliam 7 years ago. He worked for many years as a head cook at Liam’s Irish Tavern in Framingham and later as a truck driver for MGM Transportation.
He was an amazing cook and loved to make meals for friends and family especially Italian dished. He loved to watch Westerns especially John Wayne, Wrestling and being around water. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren of which he has several. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his Fiancé: Susan Reese of Fitzwilliam, NH, his son: Joshua Williams of Fort Wayne, Indiana, three sisters: Andrea Martin and her husband Stan of Marlboro, MA, Carol Harland and her husband Richard of Worcester, MA, Barbara Lee Commins of Lebanon, NH, a brother: Raymond Williams of Minnesota, stepchildren from a previous marriage: William Merrill and his wife Nielda of Milford, MA and Kristi Merrill also of Massachusetts, and Bruce Wilson who he raised as his own. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephew, ants, uncles, and friends. He is predeceased by two brothers: Andrew Williams and David Williams and a sister: Donna Marie Williams
A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 12 to 4 pm at 153 Route 12 North, Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire, family and friends are welcome.
