Barbara M Tetreault Paige

She was born in Keene, on November 28, 1943, the daughter of Theophile and Mary (Keenan) Tetreault. She was one of eight children. She was a resident of the Keene area for her entire life, living in West Swanzey, Keene and lastly Troy, before her passing.

She attended local schools, and worked for many years as an assembler at TIMKEN/MPB.

She married Robert J. Paige, Sr. on April 30, 1960. This past year, they celebrated their 52nd anniversary.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Gordon Bissell Post #4 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie # 1413 of Keene.

She was an avid BINGO player, a talented cook and baker, known for her fudge. She also enjoyed reading and watching baseball.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years: Robert J Paige, Sr. of Troy; her son: Robert J Paige, Jr. of Troy; a daughter Robin P Medina and her husband Mike of Easton, MA, her three brothers: Martin Tetreault and Patrick Tetreault both of Keene and Michael Tetreault of Port Orange FL; two sisters: Nancy Twitchell of Charlestown and Linda Young of Winchester; many nieces and nephews and she held a special spot in her heart for her “adopted grandson” Neil Young of Winchester. She was predeceased by both her parents; and two of her sisters: Helen Tetreault and Beverly Davis.

There will be a Celebration of her Life on Friday, January 11 at 11:00 at the Keene Assembly of God, 121 Park Avenue, Keene. There will be no Public Calling Hours. A private committal will occur in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Barbara M. Paige’s name to the Kingsbury Pavilion Cancer Center, Cheshire Health Foundation, 580 Court Street, Keene, NH 03431, or to the Keene Cal Ripken Baseball League, PO Box 1044, Keene, NH 03431.
