Donald Jeffrey McKay, age 58, of Ortonville, Michigan, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023. He was born in Detroit, MI on June 5, 1965 to Linda (Parsons) McKay and Jack McKay. He graduated from Bishop Borgess High School. Don started his career as a firefighter and later found his true passion as a RV salesman / manager for almost 30 years. When he could, Don loved to spend his free time on the golf course, especially with his son Nate. He was also a true outdoorsman and appreciated fishing, snowmobiling, camping, boating, and spending time at his dream lake house with his family. His loved ones remember him as the life of the party whose greatest joy was laughing with family and friends.
He is survived by his children Amber McKay, Nathan McKay, and Rachel (Aaron Kemplin) McKay; grandchildren Anthony Adcock, Noah McKay, and Ella Kemplin; sister Donna McKay; niece Linda McKay; his furry buddy Wrigley; and many lifelong friends.
