Rogelio Trevino

Rogelio the third child of Guadalupe Navarro was born in McAllen, Texas on August 21, 1948. He married Maria Julia Ramos on December 31, 1974.

Roy enjoyed traveling and meeting new people; he never met a stranger, and worked as a commercial driver for many years. Family was at the heart of everything for Roy. He loved spending time with his grandchildren doing anything and everything with them from watching them play sports, swimming, sharing snacks, making pancakes on request no matter the time, to even just sitting with them in the quiet times.

He leaves behind his wife of 41 years; his daughter Kathleen Aurora Terry and her husband John D, Terry; his son Rogelio Trevino, Jr. and his wife Megan Edmonsond Trevino; his sister Aurora T. Cardona; his brother Jesus Trevino, Jr. and his wife Mary Trevino; 6 grandchildren Isabel, Austin, Logan, and Zella Terry and Lorenzo and Olivia Trevino; and many beloved relatives and friends. His mother Guadalupe Navarro precedes him in death.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, August 5th at 1:00 pm at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Boulevard in Katy, Texas.
