accomplished musical prodigy. His talent and love for music and performing took him to many
unbelievable and magical places. Throughout his career he worked for Capital Records, as well as beside
Elvis Presley, which is a feat that very few can claim. Such an amazing story, life and man. Tarry would
go on to honor Elvis for many years to the absolute delight of the “King’s” adoring fans.
Tarry was a proud member of the UAW 249, where he worked for GM for 10 years and Ford for
another 30 years. Some of Tarry’s greatest friendships were developed while working for Ford. Tarry
always loved and cherished his relationships with his fellow UAW co-workers, where he retired on
7/1/2017.
Tarry is preceded in death by his parents, John and Carolyn, brothers, Larry, John Jr. (Titi), sister Joyce, as well as his beloved Aunt Madean. Tarry is survived by his loving wife Tracy Huskisson, his 2 sons John Huskisson and Adam Jones; 5 daughters, Tonya Gentry and husband Matt, Teri Lust and
husband Ed, Melissa Chappell and husband Chris, Amy Hanner and husband Steve, Tina Bowman and
husband Michael. Tarry was also the proud Grandpa to 12 grandsons and 6 granddaughters.
Tarry will be terribly missed, but never forgotten!
