Dana and the girls: Carol and I were talking about you and Steve and I decided to look him up. I'm so sorry he passed and sorry for your loss. Steve was a fraternity brother and a good friend beyond our "wild days". I always enjoyed talking to him as he often called "out of the blue". He is missed.

Dana and family, I knew Steve back in the mid 80's at Leawood UMC.  Last April, after my Pancreatic Cancer Surgery, Steve met me for coffee at Starbuck's.  He helped me with the mental task of dealing with my illness and we discussed old times.  I am so sorry to hear about his passing, but so happy that he was a part of my life on two different occaisions.  John O'Roark

Dear Orr Family, I am terribly sorry for your loss. I know what you're going through having lost my father in 2002. It is never an easy experience. I can only say that I look at it like they are not gone just carrying us along our way now. Just like the poem 'Footprints in the Sand'. I know you women are very strong and will come together and help each other through this difficult time.

Such a nice guy always enjoyed our conversations.  He was very personable and upbeat.  He will be missed.  May God bless Steve and family.
