Sandra Kay (Pence) McBee, 81, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2022. Graveside service to be held Thursday June 16th 2022 at 1:00 pm at Floral Hills Cemetery.
Sandy was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 17, 1940 to William and Ada (Osborn) Pence. She graduated from Raytown High School in 1958. She married the love of her life, Theodore (Ted) McBee in November of 1957. Sandy worked at Laurel Bank, Teachers Credit Union, and Peace Lutheran Daycare. Sandy always loved singing and dancing, working with her flowers, going shopping and to the beauty salon, but was happiest when she was spending time with her family and her pets.
Sandy is survived by her two sons Stephen McBee of Leavenworth, Kansas and Mark McBee of Raytown, Missouri; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a sister, Penny (Pence) Brinton of Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to KC Pet Project.
