Rozella Belle Parker Erwin, passed away on July 16, 2018, a year and twenty days after the death of her husband of 67 years, Cecil (Jack) Erwin. She was welcomed to the world on December 11, 1923 by her parents Emma Beisheim and Harrison Parker in Minden, NE. Rozella is survived by her children, Peggy Bates, Charles Snyder (Mary), Richard Williams (Joanne), brother and sister-in-law Roy and Marilyn Erwin, sister-in-law Dorothy Parker, 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Highlights of her life have included welcoming children to her home, travels with Jack, and the position of matriarch in a number of five generation photographs.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 19 at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd., KCMO 64133, visitation at 10 AM, funeral service at 11 AM, burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Evergreen Community of Johnson County, 11875 S. Sunset Dr. Olathe, KS 66061, are suggested.
