Richard J. “Dick” Fee, age 89, of Raytown, MO, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2016. Visitation at 9AM on Thurs., Dec. 22, at Spring Valley Baptist Church, 8801 E 79th St, Raytown, MO, with funeral at 10AM. Burial at 1PM at Missouri Veterans’ Cemetery-Higginsville. Richard was born on January 21, 1927 to Joe and Nellie Fee of Kansas City, KS. Dick is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Suzanne. He is survived by his daughter Cindy Witmer (Mike), Patti Fee, Kelly Fee (Mari); grandchildren Ryan Witmer, Kacy Wallen; Halle, Olivia, and Brianna Fee; 8 great grandchildren.
