Raymond S. Mais, 90, of Raytown, MO, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2019. Visitation is Saturday, February 16th at 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM with a graveside service to follow at Floral Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Raymond graduated from East High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He spent 7 years active duty and 7 years in reserves as a Marine Pilot. Graduated from KU in architecture. Retired from GSA at 58 years of age to begin a career in senior softball.
Raymond is survived by his wife Betty of 64 years; Sons, Eric, Brian and Curtis; Granddaughters, Cassandra and Haruna; and brother Edward. He is preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother.
