Orville Pratt, 84, Kansas City, passed away peacefully on Oct. 18. Services are Saturday, Oct. 28 at McGilley Antioch Chapel, 3325 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City. Visitation from 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM. Funeral at 1:30. Burial with military honors to follow at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery.
Orville was born Aug. 21, 1933 in Bourbon, MO to Orville H. and Olive Pratt. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he married Patricia Barnes. They raised two daughters and enjoyed 62 years of life together. He was an over-the-road truck driver and proud to be a Shriner and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Pat; daughters Terry (Art) Dobbins and Linda Nichols; grandchildren Christina Nichols, Amanda Dobbins, Jonathan Jourdan, and Katie Schmuke; and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brother Kenneth Pratt and sister Kathleen Starling; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
