Norma Lee (Teel) Wright passed away at Westridge Gardens, Raytown on May 27,2017. She was born and raised in Kansas City. She graduated from Central High School. She worked for AT&T for 9 years. She was church secretary for Sterling Acres Baptist Church and Ivanhoe Disciples of Christ Church for a total of37 years.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Raytown for 60 years;. She was active in Sunday School, Sanctuary Choir and Missions groups (including 7 mission trips).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter in 1980 and a daughter, Phyllis, in 2008.
She is survived by a daughter, Christine Wheeldon, and husband Allen of Raytown ; 3 grandsons: Brian, Jeff, and Greg and wife Jenni; and 2 great- granddaughters, Kayla and Molly., all of Raytown.
