Nadine Ward, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2024, at the age of 92. Born on July 2, 1931, Nadine was a beacon of love, strength, and wisdom throughout her long and fulfilling life.
Nadine was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 60 years, Donald C. Ward.
She was a devoted mother of Mark Ward (Belinda), Marcy Klein (Tubey) and Jill Hinrichs (Dan). Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Nadine was a proud grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren who brought immense joy and pride to her life. She is survived by two loving brothers, Anthony Blazic (Marilyn) and Dennis Blazic and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Nadine's legacy is one of unconditional love, warmth, and dedication to her family. Her memory will be forever cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kind heart and gentle spirit touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed.
Please join us at a Graveside Committal Service on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Mount Moriah South Cemetery located at 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Following the service their will be a Celebration of LIfe gathering at Jill and Dan's residence.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Nadine's memory to The Ararat Shrine.
