Millissa A. Eidson, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri (formerly of Bonner Springs, Kansas), passed away on Friday, January 20th, 2023. She was born on May 12, 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri to Earl and Cleo (Smith) Eidson.
During Millissa’s life, she held many different jobs for many different businesses.
She worked from restaurants, retail, printing, quality inspector, to a care center. She enjoyed working and tried working as long as she possibly could. In the end, disability forced her to retire, before she was ready.
Millissa was able to live out her life with family and friends that cared for her both physically and with love. She leaves behind two brothers, Mark (Candy) and Clark (Juanita); two sisters, Laura (Chris) and Marcia (Shelton); nine nieces and nephews, Brian, John, Rebecca, Jacob, Christina, Halan, Nicholas, Keeley, Camron; one great-niece and three great-nephews.
The family wishes to thank the staff of ‘The Village at Carrol Park’, all the nurses and doctors that cared for Millissa through the years and the Lawrence HD support group that continue to help us.
A visitation in remembrance of Millissa will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023
11:00 – 1:00 at Drexel Hall, 3301 Baltimore Ave. Kansas City, MO.
