Michael was born on January 18, 1956 in Kansas City, MO. He attended Junior College in Kansas City, MO and college in Springfield, MO. He was a member of Marlborough Baptist Church. He worked in telecommunications at various companies. He enjoyed playing baseball on church leagues. He loved his dogs and he enjoyed being an at home Chef for his family and friends
He was preceded in death by his father Chester Blair Jr., his grandparents Lester and Fannie Wimp.
He is survived by his wife Donna Blair, mother Alice O’Bleness from Overland Park, KS, brothers Gregory O’Bleness from Lenexa, KS, Brian O’Bleness from Kansas City, MO, daughters Ashley Blair from Raytown, MO, Veronica Fawcett from Grain Valley, MO, step-son Thomas Cooper from San Diego, CA, step-daughter Joanna Munson from Independence, MO, and 9 grandchildren.
Inurnment will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
