Marvin D. Stone

Funeral services are 10:00 am Wednesday December 11th at Mount Moriah Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108 Street, Kansas City, Missouri, with visitation preceding services 9:00 10:00 am. Graveside services are 2:30 pm at the Masonic Cemetery in Bucklin, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.

Marvin was welcomed into heaven by his wife of over 40 years Wanda Stone; his parents Wayne and Gertrude Stone; and his brothers Roger, Larry, and Gary; and his sisters Wilma, Norma and Karen.

He is survived by his three children: Tonya Stone, Jeff Stone (Bridgett), and Kevin Stone, and by his two grandchildren Jackson and Paige Stone.

He served in the United States Army from June, 1957 to May, 1959. He then went to work for the Santa Fe railroad until his retirement. Marvin spent the last 10 years residing at Wexford Place with many friends enjoying good times. He is now gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
