Madeline D. Spencer, passed away unexpectantly on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 7th, 10:00 a.m., at Christ the King Catholic Church, 8510 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO. Burial will be held at Ft. Leavenworth Cemetery on Friday at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church.
Madeline was born in Trinidad, Colorado. She retired from Peterson Manufacturing in 2001 after 29 years of service and previously worked for Rival Manufacturing. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Madeline was preceded in death by her husband, Earl H. Spencer, her father, her mother, her step-father, and her loving sister, Maxine Prewitt. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Okcha) Spencer; grandson, Brian Spencer; and a brother, James Montoya, Jr.
