Leroy C. Powell

Leroy C. Powell of Raytown, MO passed away November 19, 2019. He was a member of Connection Point Church, formerly First Baptist Church of Raytown, where he served as a Deacon for many years. Leroy retired from TWA after 34 years. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Jo Powell, nee Kennedy. Leroy leaves behind two daughters, Gayle Rimel (David), Peggy Howard (Jim), four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 10:00 am, Friday November 22nd, with the funeral following at 11:00 am at Connection Point Church, 10500 E. 350 Hwy. Raytown, MO 64138. Graveside services will be at Mt. Washington Cemetery, 614 S. Brookside Ave, Independence, MO 64053. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Connection Point Church.
