He was preceded in death by his Father, James E Spotts; Mother, Agnes spotts; and cousins, John Armstrong and Audrey Dingman.
He is survived by Cousin, Norma Carter and Audrey's Husband, Jim Dingman.
A graveside service for James will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Newcomer's Floral Hills Funeral Home & Floral Hills Cemetery, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133.
