Guy "Wally" Johnson Jr., 86, of Lenexa, KS passed away on the 15th day of October 2012 at home. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm, Friday October 19th, at Mount Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, with the funeral following at 3:00 pm. Guy was born on the 24th day of March, 1926. Wally owned Johnson Furnace Company and enjoyed dancing, fishing and traveling after retiring. He was preceded in death by his parents Guy and Hazel Johnson, his first wife Mary Alice (Kleine) Johnson, and sister Cynthia Ann (Johnson) Hoffman. He leaves behind his wife, Jill, and children Cathy (Irvin) Cassorla Red Bluff, Ca, Skip (Saundra), Dick (Marti) Goddard, Ks, Peggy (Jeff) Dirks, and grandchildren Andrew (Emmy) and Elizabeth. He also leaves behind, two stepsons Ed (Laurie) McIntosh and Bill (Janice) McIntosh, six step grandchildren Bricky Johnson, Kelly (Tyler) Gabbard, Russell McIntosh, Kyle McIntosh, Steven (Rebecca) McIntosh , Teresa (Sean) Dunn, and seven step great-grandchildren, Blake, Dalton, Julia, Abbigayl, Katie, Lauren and Madelyn.
