If you ever met Gloria Tinoco you never forgot her. She was alive with excitement for life.
Gloria's smile was legendary. She knew no strangers because you had no choice once introduced she claimed your heart and it was as if you were instant family. I met Gloria during the seventies 
And this was her generation . She was involved with her community and family . She was a natural leader and attracted many friends. She was also the unofficial Ambassador of the West side. She wore her pride in her history and home as a badge of honor. She was very blessed with an amazing personality and genuine love for children. When she talked of family and friends her eyes  would light up and that smile would give away her sometimes tough demeanor to reveal 
a loving heart. Gloria struggled as we all do but would always bounce back ready to climb her mountains with new determination. Nothing would put her out of this inner strength to make life better.She offered a friendly hand and refuse for people in need. She was an Angel of protection for many. Her family should always remember how deeply she loved you.
 Now , We shared a love for cars and eventually when I did get one , a Monte Carlo -she teased me endlessly because of my tag Lady 1. Of the things I enjoyed most about Gloria was her laugh and her humor. She could crinkle up her face and you would see that smile then get prepared cause she was about to entertain . Naturally she put people at ease with her funniest impression or comment .This lovely soul blessed many people in many ways. She was no quitter and loved those she knew as well as those she adopted who came across her path.
For me I will remember Gloria as a beautiful burning candle always putting out a warm glow 
living her life on her terms and representing her beloved West side. I'm sure of one thing with the arrival of Gloria Tinoco heaven just got a bit more fun . You will be remembered always , especially with the friends we shared alike. My deep sympathy to the entire family .

Tinoco family, sorry about the loss of Gloria. Please accept my familys heartfelt condolences.

I first want to give my deepest condolences to Mr. (TIC--TOC)Tinoco, Tina & all the siblings of Gloria Tinoco. I'm a life long friends with Glo☆ as we all called Gloria. I want to say,my heart hurts as we all grieve her passing. But I know in my heart, that Glo☆ is in Paridise in Heaven, with Jesus Christ & all our Familia & friends who have left this world before you & I. Because,  Glo☆ was a living Angel+ As long as I knew her, she never closed her door to me or anyone .If I partied too much with her and I couldn't drive home. She always said I had a place to stay. Even if I just didn't want to go home,I had a place to stay. She truly was our brothers  keeper. I've  seen her feed & helped others too. She will be dearly missed. But never forgotten. So I say, I'll see you again, one day in Heaven, love you always Glo☆
