Garnette A. Carlill, age 80, passed away peacefully at home January 14, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Verva and Harry Edgar; her sisters, Margaret Zacharius and Cosetta Bramlett; daughter, Susan Carlill; husband, Fred Carlill Sr; and grandson, Marcus Asher. She leaves behind two daughters, Debra Asher and Cathy Johnson, one son, Fred Carlill, and six grandchildren. She was a very kind and generous woman who loved her family. Garnette was a wonderful mother who was always fun to be around. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 19th at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
