Darlene Marie Bruns, age 83, formerly of Kansas City, the world’s sweetest mom, grandma, and great grandma, went to be with our Lord and Savior Sat., January 16, 2016, at home in Wentzville. Funeral at 10AM, Thur., Jan. 21, at Floral Hills. Visitation on Wed. from 6-8PM. Burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Darlene was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Walter J. Bruns, sister Rosetta Roseburrough, and brother Edmund Meier. She is survived by children Judy G. and husband James Kevin Phipps, W. Jay Bruns, Peggy L. and husband Adrian Ulsh, Mark A. and wife Karen Bruns, Tammy L. and husband Steven Thomas; sister Bonnie McMullen and sister-in-law Carol Meier; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
