Chuck was born on May 6, 1934 in Winona, Minnesota and grew up in East Dubuque, Illinois. He graduated from Park University in Parkville, Missouri with a Masters Degree in Education. He retired as an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force followed by a career as a Catholic School administrator. He was a Korean War Veteran and a part of Knights of Columbus. He was also an active member of Republican party groups and the German American Association.
He was a member of Coronation Parish and as in Catholic Education his whole life.
He was pretty quiet but had quite a sense of humor. In the nursing home, they always asked "Do you need anything?" and his reply was "A scotch and water." So they did -- became a routine.

He is survived by his wife Lisa Maria Kraft; daughters Michele Esposito (Kraft), Karin Kraft-Stuppy; sons-in-law Bob Esposito, Randy Stuppy; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
