They loved spending time with family at their lake house in the Ozarks. Bob loved nature, feeding the many birds in his yard, and cultivating his many rose bushes. Bob was known as a storyteller with a subtle sense of humor.
Bob was a long-time member of the New Hope Christian Church. He was always willing to lend a hand, and he loved mowing the grounds to keep the church looking its best.
Bob was devoted to his parents, siblings and extended family.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, brothers, Ward, J.W., Stan and Larry Bohling, sisters, Helen Lyle and Merle Klein. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews throughout the country.
