She was born to the late Ruth Garrett and George Boley, March 16, 1953 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ann graduated from Mayfield High School in 1971 and attended New Mexico State University.
She was married to the late Ernie Oeding in 1977. Ann is survived by two daughters: Michelle DeMoro, of Grain Valley, Missouri; and Amanda Ortiz, of Shawnee, Kansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Clara, Emmitt, Elliana, Lincoln, and Penelope. She is also survived by two son-in-laws; Freddie DeMoro and Juan Ortiz. Ann was predeceased by her loving husband in 2008.
Ann was a Vice President and National Collection Manager with AFCO Credit Corporation. She retired after 33 years. She passed on her hard working ethic and attention to detail to her children. Ann was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind many memories. As she battled her disease, she often spoke of her love for her family.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer and Freeman Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place directly after the visitation at 3:00 pm. A reception will follow the memorial service.
In lieu of sending flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Alcoholics Anonymous at “The Little House”, located at 13005 West 92nd Place, Lenexa, Kansas 66215.
