Moving down south when the country was split into half during the North and South Civil War that involved the American and the communist Ho Chi Minh that been support by the Chinese. She was homeless, and had to learn to be independent at the age 15. but, with the help of one woman’s kindness who accepted her as a step daughter, she grew up to be the kindest and most caring person that we have ever known.Yes, I remember through my younger days she would care for all of us through thick and thin along with my dad even though they worked hard labor jobs with long hours. When she was home she was always cooking and cleaning whatever it took to raise the family. She was a loving, caring mother and a supporting wife for my dad. She encouraged, all her children to better themselves in life, and help strangers. God blessed us to live here in the US. Whatever, she had, she would give to the needy or save for our future. She always was there to help and advise her children through their hard times. Survivors, are her husband_Phuong, younger son_Chung, and daughter_Tuyet all of Kansas City, MO.
