Alan James Britz, age 63, passed away May 28th, 2018. Alan was born in Kansas City, MO March 19, 1955 to Maudeline and Ralph E. Britz. He graduated from Raytown South High School in 1974. Alan was an ornery, kind hearted sweet soul who loved fast cars and rock and roll. Alan was dearly loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother and father, brothers Harold Britz and Larry Britz, sisters Lana Britz (husband Kurt Clausing), Karen (husband John) Benefiel, Lisa (husband Bryan) Cummings, and also many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, June 1 at Floral Hills Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Kansas City.
