Ada May Murray, age 93, passed away from natural causes in the comfort of home in Independence, Missouri on Saturday, April 20th, 2024. She was born August 5th, 1930 in Aurora Missouri.
She spent her childhood doing farm work with her daddy and getting into mischief with her younger sister. She had passion for spreading God’s love, interests in teaching, gardening and creative writing. She traveled the U.S on the back of a motorcycle with her husband as a young adult. She became a proud mother, grandmother, great grandmother, then great-great grandmother.
Ada May’s impact stretched out to many through being a Sunday School teacher for 40+ years. You could find her whistling with birds, climbing trees and doing needlework well into her last years. Up until her last day she was always ready to tease, give limitless affection, and study her Bible verses.
She is survived by one daughter, son, and sister.
