He was well known and respected in the Kansas City real estate community, especially in the Wyandotte, Johnson & Leavenworth counties. He, along with his beloved wife Elaine, owned and operated Re/Max offices over the years. They are presently brokers at Re/Max Realty Suburban. He was instrumental in the development of the local multiple listing service, was president of WYCO Board of Realtors and a National Director of NAR. He loved and cared for his family and clients. He was always willing to go the extra mile. He was a long time member of Covenant Baptist Church in Kansas City, KS.
He was preceded in death by his mother Emma, father Estel, brother Curtis and sisters Joyce and Naomi. Survivors include wife of 62 years Elaine; sons Jeff and Brad (Annie); grandchildern Matthew, Nikole, Melinda, Natalie, Marshall and Shane; 6 great grandchildren; 8 surviving brothers and sisters Bob, Leonard, Lawrence, Lena, Linda, Lola, Vern and Carolyn; and many loved nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Warren will be held Monday, April 4, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chapel Hill - Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, KS 66112, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
